When you’re in a position wherein you lead the group, you have no right to get tired. You have no right to complain, to give up, to even frown. You have no right to say anything harsh, or to reprimand. Or else they’ll mistook you as a dictator. You have no right to do anything against them. You cannot choose what event to attend. You have no choice but to cater everyone. No matter how much you dislike the idea, you better love rather than go against them.
It is not always about you, actually. It is always them.
